NeoOffice offers several different ways to obtain help:
1. Click on Help – NeoOffice Help from the main menu, then click on NeoOffice Help
Once you have clicked NeoOffice Help, you will be able to search either by topic (click on a subject) or through the index (type in a key word in the Search Term field, then double click on the topic you need assistance on).
2.Place your mouse pointer over an icon to get Help Tips on your screen (the name of the icon is displayed). To turn tips on or off, select Tools>Options>NeoOffice>General>Tips to enable or disable this feature.
3.If you want more detailed information on the icon, turn on Extended Tips. After placing the mouse pointer over the icon, you will see a brief description. To turn Extended Tips on or off, select Tools>Options>NeoOffice>General>Extended Tips.
4.Help Agent – this will automatically appear when NeoOffice thinks you are trying to perform a task that you might need additional help with. If you choose not to use it, it will close on its own. If you need the assistance, click on the light bulb.
